Deal made for energy policy research in Peshawar
Through the U.S.-Pakistan Center for Advanced Studies in Energy, known as USPCASE, researchers at ASU have been collaborating for the past four years with colleagues at two leading Pakistan universities to develop solutions to Pakistan’s energy challenges. A new USPCASE project is teaming ASU researchers with those at Pakistan’s University of Engineering and Technology in Peshawar to work on laying the foundation for the country to establish empirically based public policy to guide its management of energy projects. Fulton Schools Professor Sayfe Kiaei is the director of USPCASE.
