Fulton Schools Emeritus Professor Ronald Roedel says a basic understanding of how the new energy technologies work under various weather, climate and environmental conditions can help homeowners make informed decisions about investing in these photovoltaic systems. Roedel, a longtime solar energy researcher, is the director of the Professional Science Master’s program in Solar Energy Engineering and Commercialization.
