Phoenix proptech startup raises $1M to launch AI powered home inspection platform
For what is described as the first AI-powered platform for home inspectors, the Phoenix-based Binsr Inspect company has raised more capital to launch what is described as the first artificial intelligence, or AI, platform for home inspectors. The platform uses AI for inspector onboarding data migration, voice and video for report building, digital agreements and payments, repair estimates for agents and appliance analytics for homeowners One of its co-founders is Aryash Dubey, a computer science student in the School of Computing and Augmented Intelligence, part of the Fulton Schools, who will provide technical leadership for the company.
