Fulton Schools alumnus Young Koprowski says she will bring her background as a transportation engineer to her new post with the town council in Gilbert, east of Phoenix. Her experience as a business owner and employer will also serve her well in the position. Gilbert leaders are interested in employing technologies to improve traffic efficiency and minimize traffic problems. Koprowski’s certifications as a traffic operations engineer and a road safety professional also made her an attractive candidate for the council appointment.
