Nick Rolston is among researchers working on ways to reduce the carbon dioxide in the Earth’s atmosphere to protect both the planet’s natural environment and its human inhabitants. Rolston, an assistant professor in the School of Electrical, Computer and Energy Engineering, part of the Fulton Schools, says achieving the goal will require different solutions for almost every source of significant carbon emissions. Other Fulton Schools faculty members taking on the challenge include Matthew Green, an associate professor in the School for Engineering of Matter, Transport and Energy, and Klaus Lackner, a professor in the School of Sustainable Engineering and the Built Environment.
