Notable achievements in advancing social innovation and related productive changes to improve higher education earns universities the prestigious recognition of an Ashoka U Changemaker Campus designation. ASU has again been awarded the honor. One reason is Devils in Disguise, an annual ASU day of community service that involves thousands of students. Fulton Schools human systems engineering student Lizzy Cowgur is serving as the Changemaker Campus leader at ASU’s Polytechnic campus, home of The Polytechnic School, part of the Fulton Schools. Cowgur comments on the importance of the Devils in Disguise Day. ASU offers Changemaker Action Grants enabling students to contribute to innovative and sustainable solutions to local, national and global challenges.
